I booked a phone reading with Carmel Baird March 26, 2015, and paid $500 over the phone, received a reading date of July 13, 2016. I was not informed that refunds were not given until after I paid, and then received a copy of her business policies. Since that time my reading date has been continually moved / cancelled. I have made requests several times now for a refund, as Carmel has not upheld her guarantee of people receiving their reading within 2 years of the original date booked. I feel strongly that after almost 5 years of waiting I am entitled to a refund regardless of her business policies. Carmel is still to this day earning income, and working as a medium.
