Life, the Soul, our mind, and consciousness

A Stone has a single unit, water has 2 unit, Fire has three units of life. Air has four units of life. Space has five units of life. Trees have six units of life. Animals have seven units of life. Human beings have eight units of life. Prophets and men of God have 9 units of life, and even more it depends on the daily worship to God and love of God and the degree of faith for God in them.

When we die we become more powerful in some way. We go between nine and ten units of life. This is strange, but true. The Quran mentioned that when we die we can see clearly, be more wise and certain and wishes to go back and undo the bad things we done in our life.

The moment your body is dead, the spirit has become free, without boundaries, and nothing can stop it. The spirit moves around freely. If it is bound in the body, you have only eight units of life, you can only reach out to some. When you have nine units, you have a little more power, but if you die, then you have access to the ninth and tenth units, so you gain much more access to the planet. More faith and worship to God you had and more love to him more blessing you will get to your soul and more ability to see the truth.

The spirit, freed from the limited body, can know; can cognize; can ask God to bless us and guide us. We can feel their presence sometimes. So when you pray to them, they can grant you certain wisdom and warning and it could be in form of a dream. They are able to bestow unto you to whatever extent they are powerful.

Our mind is just a projection of our soul.  It is like the dream is the shadow of the sleep. Sure there are lots of chemical process involve in our sleep and the dream, so it is the case with the mind and the soul.

Soul is your whole consciousness, the life force in you. God is the only one who give it, take it and know it and no one else does.

The part of it which is listening to me right now, which is asking the question, which is thinking and analyzing g we call it the mind.

So if your mind is elsewhere, though I’m speaking and the words are falling into your ear drums, still you don’t get it because the mind is elsewhere. So it’s through the mind that we see, smell, taste, hear, and experience the sense of touch. That is what the mind is. It is all that chemical process.

The mind has another function which we call intellect. As I’m speaking, something in you is saying, “Yes, I agree”, or, “No, I don’t agree with this”. There is something in you who is accepting and rejecting, judging and accommodating that is the intellect.

There are 10 layers to our existence:

1- Before we created God knows we will be, that stage I call it before creation

2- The Body and the embryological forms as God taught us in the Quran and different stages

3- Our breath

4- Our mind with the conscious and unconscious mind, emotion

 5-Our intellect

6- Our memory

 7- Our ego

8- The Qareens (the entity within the human body) as mentioned in the Quran some call it guardian angel, some call it the self, and it is always different than the body and the soul.

9- The time, the linear dimension in this earth

10- Our soul.

See, we keep breathing but many of us don’t even know that we are breathing unless we have an asthma attack or some problem. We don’t realize how important it is for us to breathe deeply.

There is something in you that doesn’t change, which is the reference point for all changes. Your thoughts are changing, your emotions are changing, and your body has undergone so much change.

We change in time, we age, that non-changing aspect in you, or the reference by which you recognize the changes so to say ‘this is changing’, there should be something that doesn’t change, and that is what the soul is, also the Qareens.

Worship and prayers (Salat) to God is the journey from movement to stillness, from sound to silence. Salat is translates as relationship in Arabic, the relationship between you and God in vertical way from your soul to him, while you mind and body do the horizontal action and other action of thinking and reading.

How to overcome Anger and Hate

When someone hurts you, have you ever wondered why did they hurt you? It is because they are hurting. They have lots of wounds and hurts inside and all they could do is hurt others. Why do criminals commit crimes? Because they are in pain, because they need healing, because they are not normal, they are sick. They have no understanding or clear perception of themselves. But this is not the case as some people are born evil and or become evil at young age and got brainwashed by evil thoughts like in Hitler case, Iranians cult and other terrorists,

When my brother got killed by Iranians and our house burned by them ,my country was destroyed and millions were killed , robbed and raped and the leaders were killed by the Iranians and other thugs I was and still am so angry that I thank God I am not a leader because I will never rest until I kill every Iranian terrorists  in earth

When you see what is going on inside those evil people your hatred will fall off. You will only have compassion. If you see somebody agitated, angry, have you ever felt compassion for them? Feeling that way is not pleasant for them. No one ever likes feeling agitated or angry. If we don’t feel compassion when we see others’ mistakes, we are bound to get angry ourselves.  We always think about revenge as it is the ultimate was to releases our stress and to get immediate gratification.

Mistakes and forgiveness

Mistakes happen all the time. Often you get irritated by mistakes and you want to correct them, but how many can you correct? You correct others’ mistakes for two reasons.

The first is when someone’s mistake bothers you, and the second is when you correct someone for their own sake so they can grow, not because it bothers you. Correcting mistakes for the first reason – when the mistake bothers you – does not work.

To correct mistakes you need both authority and love. Authority and love seem to be contradictory but in reality they are not. Authority without love is stifling and does not work. Love without authority is shallow. You need both but they need to be in the right combination so you can be successful in correcting others’ mistakes. This can happen if you are totally dispassionate and centered. When you allow room for mistakes, you can be both authoritative and sweet. That is how the Divine is – the right balance of both. Krishna and Jesus had both. People in love also exercise authority with those they love. Authority and love exist in all relationships.

As individuals, we sometimes feel that we have not done anything wrong, yet the other person believes that some injustice has been done to him. If the other perceives us as the cause for their pain or suffering, it is wise for us to ask for their forgiveness.

Yet we commit so much mistakes and sin against God orders , in our lust, envy, jealousy, anger, breaking the commandments, lie, steal, cheat, swear ,commit the 7 sins daily and so on . We never apologize to God or say sorry!

Someone saw me in my house that I followed a fly got in my house from the garden, so I took a soft tissue and gently captured the fly then released her back to the garden , he said are you stupid wasting your time with this fly and she might come back to your house ? Why you don’t kill her?

Why, I answered, why should I kill she is not harming me, she is lost and I gave her

Life to live another day is it that more generous, merciful and beautiful to see all life forms have another chance. If it was a scorpion or poisonous snake that will be a different story. So to me she wasn’t an evil enemy or dangerous killer.

Even when we walk, or talk or do something else any action has some flaws, and it might effects other living been. Any of our actions could have hurt someone. Therefore, if without our knowledge, our actions have hurt someone, we should not hesitate to ask for forgiveness. Knowingly or unknowingly, intentionally or unintentionally, if you have hurt someone by your thought, word, or deed  you ask that they forgive you.

Neither forgiving nor asking forgiveness will make one’s social status go down. In fact, it shows one’s strength. You are taking responsibility for clearing up some conflict that has happened in the past, and bringing harmony in its place. The respect that you gain by your compassion, by your broadmindedness, cannot be lost.

The 40-day memorial period for the dead person

The 40-day memorial period for the dead person has a major significance in traditions of Eastern Orthodox, Middle Eastern culture and other cultures. It is believed that the soul of the departed remain wandering on Earth during the 40-day period, coming back home, visiting places the departed has lived in as well as their fresh grave. In Russian and Greektradition, bread and a glass of water is put in the icon corner in the house of the departed. The bread and water are intended for the departed and other deceased ancestors who will visit to remember him.

The glass is refilled with fresh water daily while water from the previous day is poured out. It is common to make up the bed for the departed during the 40-day period, donating the bedding to the poor on the 40th Day.

A towel for the departed is hung next to the window and brought to the church on the 40th Day. The house doors are adorned with spruce branches for the departed to easily find his house and for the passersby to give their respects. On the 40th Day the branches are brought to the cemetery or burned. In the Middle East they use palm tree staff, they put fresh staff on the grave.

All remaining ritual items in memory of the departed are removed from the house, his cloth is donated to the poor. All ceremonial restrictions are also lifted on the 40th Day, it is no longer prohibited to lay on the departed bed, to leave the house empty and locked, to turn off the light in the departed room, to touch the departed cloth, etc.

It is also no longer prohibited to decorate the departed grave. As some do believe that some souls will come back to the place, wander around, and check on their beds, chair and favorite spots and pets.

The family gathers on the 40th Day inviting those who wish to remember the departed visiting the grave and the church and having a memorial meal at the house. The church serves the 40th Day panihida  with prayers comforting the living and reminding the living of the brevity of life. The meal at the house includes traditional dishes of remembrance:kutia, kissels, honey drinks. In some traditions all night vigils with intense prayers are held on the night before the 40th Day.

The Motive of the 40th Day is “we said goodbye to you, no longer come to us, we will come to you.” After the 40th Day the living can no longer grieve about the departed, they must move on with their lives. All funeral wreaths are removed from the grave and burned.

In Muslim tradition reading of the holy Quran, prayers will start day before until dawn in memory of the person, and they donate money and food to the poor almost daily to the end of the 40 days .They call it Sadaqa .

Ultrasound, ULTRASOUND INTERESTED CASES

Complete tear long head of biceps tendon

Based on the ultrasound findings and SonoSkills pathology checklist analysis I concluded: \
– Complete tear of the long head of the biceps tendon.
– The rotator interval is “empty”. No sign of the long head of the biceps tendon.
– The long head of the biceps tendon has partially retracted. It’s still located in the distal intertubercular groove, probably fixated or stabilized by the tendon’s vinculum (suspensory ligament).
– Minor degree of neovascularization.

The clinical examination findings of the orthopedic surgeon could be confirmed. Furthermore, the surgeon knows that there is a partial retraction of the long head of the biceps tendon, and that no other anatomical structures where involved. This information can help his clinical decision making.

Paranormal, Ultrasound, ULTRASOUND INTERESTED CASES

Supraspinatus full thickness tear

Based on the ultrasound findings and SonoSkills pathology checklist analysis I concluded: – Full thickness/ partial width tear supraspinatus tendon – Potentially other partial tears: articular sided near anatomical neck, and mid tendon. – Tendinopathy supraspinatus tendon – Mild sign of neovascularization – SASD bursa effusion – Primary impingement of the supraspinatus tendon and SASD bursa with the coracoacromial ligament during active abduction.

Paranormal

AC joint capsule sprain and synovitis

Based on the ultrasound findings and SonoSkills pathology checklist analysis we conclude:

Synovitis AC joint with severe neovascularization

Most likely there is a sprain of the AC joint capsule

No signs of tearing the coracoclavicular ligaments

The Eye and the spirit’s Mirror My true story

The family moved to this old apartment complex, as it was the last resource for low rent to fit their low budget .The landlord lady was an old and very kind lady that took pity on this tenant with her 4 kids.

The family moved with their few belonging to this old one bedroom unit. The tenant started to work for the old landlord and so she gave her rent free as her salary and the tenant was doing the laundry, house cleaning, and cooking going to the market for her and in return the old lady also gave her and her kids 4 food for each day.

One child was 8 and he went to school, another was 5 and the third was 3 and one girl 2 years old.

The landlord loved children so she asked the tenant that she can keep the kids in her house while she is working for her cleaning, washing, cooking, and going to the market. One child didn’t like to stay in the old lady house because she always asked him to take care of the 2 years old , they always watched cartoons and slept so he liked to stay alone in the unit and watch TV alone until his mother came back with the other 2 kids .

The tenant was very grateful for this job, as her husband was in a political prison for 5 years. So she knew that she had to work very hard and thank God for his blessing of that job and that kind landlord, as the government paid only a few dollars a month and it was not even enough to buy food for a month.

By the time she go to her place and look after her children fed them, prepare the older child for his next day school, wash their clothes and iron them then she was ready to sleep with the 2 years and 3 years old children beside her, and as soon as her head hit the pillow she was in 7 heavens. Occasionally woke up after the 2 years old cries and she gave her the warm milk bottle.

There was this icon talisman on the wall part of the unit furniture that’s belonging to the landlord lady. It was a mystic looking evil eye or they call it the eye of Fatima for protection as this was and still is part of middle east culture way back from the Jewish and Islamic traditions they used to call it om Khams anyone ( khamsha , hamsa,) ,it was larger than usual, bronze with green jade and red stones . When the sunlight hits the eye it will shine in the morning, and when the moon light hits the eye it becomes even more mysterious with red laser like light shining from it that mixes with the jade and the brass.

There is only one bedroom so the lady and the children slept in one room , the older child had his own corner bed, and the rest slept on small , thin mattresses on the floor . The lady slept in the middle front of the door. In the room was that old antique table with a mirror that was kept by the landlord lady in the place that was exactly on the opposite side of the Eye. At night when the moon is full the moonlight shines to this eye and the light reflects to the mirror that keeps the 3 children entertained. They used to have a small black and white TV that the old landlord gave to them to watch cartoons.

The older child used to go to school nearby after he eats his oatmeal, and one was 5 years and stayed back home, after his mother took the other 2 with her to the landlord house to work. Their mother go to work at the old lady house that was only 100 feet away the little child stay behind watching cartoon as he didnt’ like to go to the landlord house ,and like watching cartoon and children show on the black and white the TV alone , and watch the windows to see when his brother Sam comes back .

His mother didn’t have a baby sitter, she couldn’t afford one, and the landlord lady was watching the other 2 kids while my mother worked. The landlord lady had knee pain and used a cane to walk, her husband passed away a few years earlier leaving her the large house and the apartment units.

The little child mother told him to not open the door to any one, only if he feels he was in danger or there was a fire to leave the house and come to her at her work and always ask him to join them so they can all stay at the landlord house while she do her work but he liked to stay in the unit.

When his mother arrived from work for break, do her prayers, and to feed the child and make sure that he was ok she fined the little child sleeping beside the mirror or on the top of the table where the mirror stood. She didn’t think much about it. She thought it was a child play and he might be bored.

One day when she walked into the place she could hear her child talking to someone!

She was surprised! so she moved slowly to the bedroom and looked from the corner of the door , She saw him talking to the mirror, again she thought it was a child’s imagination and loneliness but when she asked him about it the child said yes he was  talking to the lady in the mirror.

What lady? The mother asked

The old nice lady who tell me everything, the child replied

You mean the landlord lady? You want to talk to her, the mother asked

No mom it is a nice lady she tell me things and always protect me, he answered

Again the mother brushed it as imagination and asked the child to watch TV and started to teach him how to pray to God, and told him to come with her so he wouldn’t feel alone. But he insisted on staying, and only went to walk with his mom to the park nearby.

The child conversation with that lady in the mirror only happens when the sunlight hits the eye and it reflects to the mirror then the lady appears to the child only and not to the rest of the family.

The child asked the lady in the mirror who always papered to him on Friday afternoon, what is your name?

My name is Salma, the answer was given, and my name is Saad the child answered

Paranormal

Does God have a plan; the answer is yes . LIVE BY FAITH AND YOU WILL KNOW.

Does God have a plan; the answer is yes . LIVE BY FAITH AND YOU WILL KNOW.

You parents die, your loved one passed away, your pet die, death and destruction are everywhere around us, china virus, stress, losing your jobs and always looking for a chance and an opening to a better future but we keep facing the hardship and we ask what the plan is? Whats is God plan for me and when?

And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and God too planned, and the best of planners is God
QURAN; al-Imran 3:54

Did they then feel secure against the plan of God?- but no one can feel secure from the Plan of God, except those (doomed) to ruin!
Al-A`raf 7:99

Respite will I grant unto them: for My scheme is strong (and unfailing).
al-A`raf 7:183

Those before them did (also) devise plots; but in all things the master- planning is God’s He knoweth the doings of every soul: and soon will the Unbelievers know who gets home in the end.
Ar-Ra`d 13:42

Remember how the Unbelievers plotted against thee, to keep thee in bonds, or slay thee, or get thee out (of thy home). They plot and plan, and God too plans; but the best of planners is God
al-Anfal 8:30

The list goes on, but I think we have an answer.

Jeremiah 29:11, which says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” It might be argued that this verse properly speaks of the nation Israel and not of any individual, yet ALL THE FAITHFUL who trust in God rightly connect this to God’s relationship with believers Jewish and Muslims ( the submitters for one God ). . The matter is made clear by verses like Ephesians 2:10: “For we are God’s workmanship, created by God  to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do;” and Acts 17:26, ( bible verses changed so many time during the years).
