Toxic & negative people are dangerous to your workplace.

Galatians 5:23 – gentleness, self-control; against such things, there is no law.

 When you hit your high points at your work, research and productivity envious people will not be happy for you, they don’t say job well done or congratulate you, they don’t email you back when you pass your exam and you want to share the news. They feel that it should happen to them and nobody else those people are toxic t workplace.

Confident people inspire, while arrogant people intimidate and annoy. Someone with an arrogant attitude feels he or she is better than everyone around them Try to get rid of those toxic people from your team before the destroy it.

Other kinds of toxic people are the Judgmental people those workers will find a way to criticize anything and everything they come in contact with. You could take the time to explain something to them in great detail but it goes in one ear and out the other.

So try to go from being a victim like them, from blaming, judging and criticizing to assuming full responsibility for your own thoughts and feelings. Take a different approach to how you deal with their negativity.

For your own sake and theirs, make sure you don’t make their problems your problems and make sure you don’t make their negativity your own as they want you to be in their negative team.You find another job just t get rid of those people and they follow you at your workplace and get hired and start working with your company or place and then they start complaining about work and the condition and compare this work to their previous place and blame you for not telling them about this place!

They think you hold the secret of this place and that you should tell them! You never talk to them or emailed them and you ignored them but yet they are following you like your shadow.

If you want to shed light into the dark, you focus on the solutions, not on the problems. The solution is to ask your boss to get rid of them or to let you work away from them because they will never ever change it is not an assumption but it is the reality that you have been dealing with them.Ask your boss that he or she must give or renew their probation period and ask other workers to evaluate them and then let your boss deal with them.

Truth is that negative people can make their negativity a pervasive reality in our world so much so that the good people have to deal with it, and sometimes they are destroyed by it.

The other kind of toxic people is the constant victim employee he/ she will always make excuses and blame others for their mistakes and wrongdoing. They are some of the most toxic people to be around — they will never accept responsibility and always point the finger, which causes a domino effect of the blame game in a work setting. Flush them out of your business and eliminate that headache.

The problem is most of them are hired by your boss to start with.If you have a medical center you will find them with high school diploma and never took any course after that not even a terminology course or a medical office assistant course etc.

Please hire those who have a good educational background with good attitude and energetic positive people to work with and clean your place from those witches who are slowing your progress and keep business away from your friendship and  if they don’t like it and get upset show them the door they are not good friends to start with if they don’t respect your protocol and act as employees first and friends second.

Remember that someone who is always negative will drain your positive energy immediately it is a fact.

 The worse people to work with are fake people and liars.You can’t trust liars and it’s hard to count on them because you never know if they are lying or telling the truth. That type of uncertainty will wear you out quickly and find yourself defend them and make excuse to their lies and that can affect your business in the long run.

Other toxic people at work are those People who gossip a lot, and always talk about what happened at work and revealing private information’s, breach confidentiality and always nosy about other people so they can be like a toxic radio or fox news.Because they are insecure, they don’t know how to separate fact from speculation and when truths get twisted, the wrong information is conveyed, feelings get hurt and enemies are born. Having a gossiper within your business can be very destructive.

The worse kind of toxic people are the Control freaks who don’t ever want to listen, they don’t have to because according to them they know everything and they know the best way to do everything. While this type of person can be a nuisance in your personal life, they are a complete nightmare to deal with in a business environment. 

replace those people with kind, hard and smart working people as kindness is a selfless quality that always considers what’s best for others whether they deserve it or not. They make good team workers.It is hard for sure to give up your right but it is not a weakness to be kind as it shows your real inner strength, your character is solid even if you give up something that is yours.
