The more you struggle the faster you drawdown.
I drowned once when I was 8 years old when I was sitting at the edge of a pool at the deep end dangling my legs in the water and suddenly one of the kids pushed me to the pool and ran. I didn’t know how to swim and still to this day afraid of water and never learned to swim.
Because when I was 21 years old I almost drown but mercilessly got out of the water with the help of a large white swan and that is another story.Since that time until now I practice the self-restraint, meditation, relax and listen to your inner voice not to struggle, and not to put yourself in a situation of a struggle, and if I do I always make sure that I always have plan A, B, and C.
The more, you struggle faster you drown. This is also true in any other life situation and at the workplace and not just in water.I know that The instinct not to breathe underwater is so strong that it overcomes the agony of running out of the air. No matter how desperate the drowning person is, he doesn’t inhale until he’s on the verge of losing consciousness.
At that point, there’s so much carbon dioxide in the blood, and so little oxygen, that chemical sensors in the brain trigger an involuntary breath whether he’s underwater or not. That is called the ‘break point.’ Everybody in the universe that created by God has a breaking point every human, every cell, animal, and atom.
At the workplace, you can be struggling to deal with day to day stressful issues, or with your boss who always breaking the norm and point fingers. Or you work in a place that makes you upset all the time, the place where they don’t reward your skills, education, experience and always hiring or putting someone else in key positions that they don’t fit in it or they don’t deserve it at all.
It is a power struggle as the management do not care about skills and background, they tell the world they do but it is a big lie. For them it is a power control, hiring someone who can be a spy, nose browner, yes sir person, and someone who will not threaten their job.
Try to be calm as the more you struggle the faster you drown with other problems, focus on the main issue, try to balance this change of power struggle, stay on top of news and then when you ready to move and find another place you can move with grace without burning any bridges. Let them deal with their own problem after you leave them.
But you must think and calculate your gain and loss, plan ahead for your new move, make multiple plans and take time to relax, laugh, enjoy life, and make new contacts.
Those people who are trying to suffocate you with their plans or with their agenda are the poison water. The people who support them and brownnosing them are the carbon dioxide.
Don’t let them fog your brain and make you stressed out, don’t let them suck your positive energy and clear thinking; don’t let them use you while they enjoy the glory and benefits of your hard work. You can follow so many advice and ideas.
No matter what, never give up, keep moving forward, nock new doors and keep the holy spirit burning inside you. Move with faith, move and walk with God in your heart, move with the full trust in him and yourself. Don’t trust their lies and promises and don’t let them push you to the deep water of struggle no more. Watch your back at all time and always make safety plans.
When in doubt, make sure that you ask God to guide you, have a plan, seek the truth and find the facts before you make your next move.
Filling your lungs with water will not immediately render you unconscious. However, salt water will rip your lungs up pretty hard. So filling your brain and mind with the devil lies and promises will not destroy you in the short term but it will in the end with a high cost, your manager can be that devil and those who support their unkind agenda are the sharks in the salt water , learn how to deal with them , as I said the more you struggle the faster you drown and the more you struggle the more sharks you attract. Be careful, calculate each move make plans and move on and never look back.
The struggle is a part of life, struggle in a relationship, addiction, illness, finding a job, dealing with idiots every day at work, dealing with your boss or manager who doesn’t value you, dealing with a family member or bad friends, dealing with doubts in your life.Struggling with faith is the essence of the toughest struggle we face as humans, it is part external, part internal and part existential.
It is when the resistance seems to just overpower you and suddenly everything that you seem to touch seems to have failure written all over it.
I have experienced the loss of my father for 5 years into a political prison in the evilest country in the face of the earth and that is Iraq. They tried to break his spirit but they couldn’t, they tortured him and he never gave up and spat at their evil faces and always kept the faith and never show weakness, he used to tell me that no matter how hard you fall never show tears in your eyes as the minute you do it when your enemy win the battle.
I faced many difficulties as a consequence of father sentence in a political prison, as all of us marked as anti-government family and they decline to help us and other families like us. Until now millions of families are suffering in those countries the evilest countries in the earth in Iraq, Iran, and Syria under the help and watch of USA.
But not until I saw other people and families that had more struggles and more agony that made me stop and think that my problem is a minor one. This sort of experience taught me to be human who cares and show kindness to those who are suffering an early age and it made me happy when I saw the smile on the face of those orphans and those who lost their parents in those evil countries.
And in many ways, I think it’s those that learn to be human are those that learn how to be happy especially in a difficult situation.
When you are poor, young, outcast, workless, and seem to be on the verge of losing it you turn to God so strongly and humble yourself even more and ask the lord please help me , enough is enough , I can’t do it by myself then you feel at peace and ease , you feel like an invisible power guide you and keep you out of harm ways.
The toughest part of this sort of situation is that it comes with a seeming lack of options. I tried to work and support my mother along my other 4 brothers and 6 sisters, and keeping ongoing, going to school, graduate, find a job and struggle to keep moving without shed a tear as my father told me , but it was hard to do as a young child I cried in the dark when I am alone so no one can see but God ,and I use to pray and cry to God in the darkness so no one can see my tears, until my mother told me that she was listening to my prayers in the dark all those nights, and asked me to pray to God in the day light as he is the God of light.
I used to tell her that my dad told me to never show my tears to our enemies and at night all those evil Iraqi are falling sleep with their fat bellies and empty brains. My God destroys once after all those whores of Babylon, the gypsies of the evil world.
The enemy always trying to defeat you using the best method they can, and that is lies.They are trying to make you feel that you are not good enough, to force you to feel that you are stuck in an endless spiral of the problem, and they don’t give you a chance or time to rebuild your confidence. So your options may include;
You can Quit now (which you can’t seem to afford financially), Search for a job now and keep applying, never give up, work with the new situation until you change the outcome toward your favourer by staying and changing things at work.
Before you leave your job you must think about what you most enjoy in your workplace, what you want to do more and why you want the new job promotion, what you want to do in the future , Does the new position make you happy because it boost your ego or financial reward or because you feel you fit to do it and it will put you in better position to make a difference?
Obviously, there are no magic cures for avoiding struggles and stress in life, since God descend the first human to this earth because of his sin, the struggle was and still is a big part of our daily life.
But God gave us many options and guidelines to make it easy for us and to let us know that we’re not powerless in the wake of negative circumstances and situations at home or work.
Instead of powering through hard times, struggling to stay afloat, take a moment to stop and ask yourself what practices can I implement in my life to help reduce my stress or cope with this struggle? To sleep better, to have an open dialogue between you and superiors at the workplace, at home, and of course to the creator.
Remember one thing, and that is we are not alone, and God is a prayer away. Remember that the devil never sleeps and those who want to harm you always looking for fault and ways to destroy you.
That evil dark hearted can be your best friend, they are the co2 of this universe and you can get rid of them by breathing the fresh air of freedom and positive thinking and you can drown them with their sins and evil deeds and not with your tears be happy, kind, pleasant, hard-working, smart working, faithful and that will make them drown and burned in hell, they will suffocate with their poison clouds as they suck the sunshine out of the place and they die slowly .When you start to shine and be strong they will dim-out to darkness.
God bless.
