Seraph Blades
Seraph blades are the primary weapons of the shadowhunters .They are made of adamas and crafted by the iron sisters . They call upon the power of specific angels names to access the power of the blades.
Before the blade can be used, a Shadowhunter must name it to invoke its power. Any angel’s name, except for RAZIEL’s known also as
( Saraqael, or Suriel) can be called upon. Within the Shadowhunter community, it is often believed that when a Shadowhunter names a seraph blade, the blade not only becomes engulfed by HEAVENLY FIRE but some of the named angel’s spirit is infused into the blade as well. I USUALLY go step farther and called upon the 99 NAMES God . These 99 names is well known in Islamic faith from abraham and are much stronger to recites all the names on the blade and later you can use them to call upon God himself such as AL JABBAR, AL QAWI, AL ADHEEM, AL MONTAQEM, ALAZIZI, ect
Seraph blades are activated when their name is called. It is said to be stronger the louder the angel’s name is called. So I usually call the name so loud and strong multiple times from God name and then I ask God permission to grant the power of Saint michael, then other angels name in the power of the holy God names . Seraph blades are an efficient way to kill demons or to carry with you when you enter any demonic area as it protect you and your surrounding from them because they see it and feel it and will not come closer to you , it act as an evil eye and telseman against demons. It is a knowledge passed from the watchers to Noah and to his children and to those who obtained the wisdom.
However, they do not work, against possessed mechanical objects ,beings were run and possessed by demons. Seraph blades are also unable to work in a land that has been blighted by magic. When used against a evil spirits the seraph blade has been observed to be vastly overpowering, causing the mundane to burst into flames upon the first blow.
Although they are chiefly for the killing of demons and rogue Downworlders, seraph blades are known to also affect angels. Ithuriel or some times called Uriel once used Jace’s seraph blade to commit suicide on Earth and be sent back to Heaven.Haroot and Maroot are 2 angles are punished by God and serving earthly sentenced in Babel south Of Baghdad city in a well deep underground and they later go free with God mercey.
Seraph blades can also be used to create a MALACHI CONFIGURATION.
According to Shadowhunters legend in the earliest days of the iron sisters , when they were few in number and their Adamant Citadel was no more than a single adamas forge and a few protective wards, a lone Iron Sister was confronted with a demon in dragon shape in the Citadel. In her desperation, she picked up and pointed an unprocessed adamas jag at the Dragon, and prayed to God to protect her with the Archangel Michael, making the adamas unexpectedly burst to life as a sword. It bored through the Dragon’s neck, engulfing it in heavenly fire. She then deduced what had just happened, and by the time her fellow sisters returned to the Citadel, she had drawn up the first set of plans for the seraph blades.
The seraph blades are, when deactivated, dull tubes with blunt edges. When activated, the blade springs to life, growing into a bright, glowing, dagger. They are clear as glass and are double-edged. They vary in length, from small ones like daggers, to long ones like swords. Although normally, they are two feet in length.
Known named blades and the angels used to empowered by God permission.

Archangel Raziel not to be used to creates the blade remember that please.
Raziel, whose name means ‘Secrets of the Lord”, is an archangel within the teachings of Jewish mysticism, of the Kabbalah of Judaism, who is the “Keeper of Secrets” and the “Angel of Mysteries.” In some teachings he is claimed to be a Cherub, as well as the chief of the Ophanim and is described as having blue wings, a glowing yellow aura around his head and wearing a grey robe which appears to have liquid-like properties.
He is associated with the Sephira Chokmah in Briah, one of the four worlds of Kabbalistic theory. His famous Sefer Raziel HaMalach (“Book of Raziel the Angel”) contains all secret knowledge and is considered to be a book of “magic.” He stands close by God’s throne, and therefore hears and writes down everything that is said and discussed. He purportedly gave the book to Adam and Eve after they ate from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, which resulted in their expulsion from the Garden of Eden, so the two could find their way back “home” and better understand their God. Raziel’s fellow angels were deeply disturbed by this, and as such, stole the book from Adam and threw it into the ocean. God Himself decided not to punish Raziel, but instead, retrieved the book and returned it to Adam and Eve.
According to some sources, the book was passed on through the generations to Enoch (believed to have later become the angel Metatron), who may have incorporated his own writings into the tome. From Enoch, the archangel Raphael gave it to Noah, who used the wisdom within to build Noah’s Ark. The Book of Raziel was last known to be in the hands of Solomon. It has since disappeared.
He vis the wizard and alchemist of the Archangels as he holds the key to unlocking many of the secrets and mysteries of the Universe.

There have been many great battles in the history of the world. Which battle was the greatest?
Maybe the battle of Marathon in 490 BC Maybe the battle of Thermopylae in 480 BC Maybe the battle of Hastings in 1066 (the only time in 2000 years that Britain has been successfully invaded)
Maybe the battle of Antietam 1862 (A key civil war battle) Maybe the battle of Stalingrad in 1942 (which led to the defeat of Hitler’s Third Reich)
These were epic battles, but none as epic as the battle that is raging all around us. It started in Genesis 3, and it involves angels and demons, and it will not end until Jesus will return again as the Christians and Muslims believe, and many Jewish don’t share same view.
Daniel 10 pulls back the veil on this fierce battle.
Don’t be afraid, angels are battling for you.
Chapters 10-12 contain the final vision in Daniel.
Chapter 10 is the introduction to this vision, chapter 11 contains the vision, and chapter 12 contains God’s instructions in light of the vision.
- In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a word was revealed to Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar. And the word was true, and it was a great conflict. And he understood the word and had understanding of the vision.
- 2 -In those days I, Daniel, was mourning for three weeks.
- 3 -I ate no delicacies, no meat or wine entered my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, for the full three weeks. It is the third year of the reign of king Cyrus of Persia (536BC).
It is roughly two years after the events of chapter 9. Cyrus sent some of the Jews back to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple (Ezra 1:1-4). It is not going well.
The Jews are being thwarted by their enemies. This is probably why Daniel has been fasting, praying, and mourning for three weeks. Why is Daniel still in Babylon? We don’t know, but it probably has to do with his age.
He is in his late 80s or early 90s. He is really discouraged. Have you ever been really discouraged? I mean really discouraged? He cries out to God.
Then a great angel appears.
- On the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was standing on the bank of the great river (that is, the Tigris)
- I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, a man clothed in linen, with a belt of fine gold from Uphaz around his waist.
- His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and the sound of his words like the sound of a multitude. He is clothed in linen (priests wore linen to symbolizing holiness and purity.
The NT describes angels clothed in fine linen (Rev. 15:6)) Beryl (the high priest wore this gem on his breastplate (Ex. 28:20) His face is like the appearance of lighting (this suggests power, glory, and judgment in scripture).
Who is this figure? This is an angel, probably Gabriel, based on the rest of Daniel. The book of Ezekiel describes cherubim (mighty angels) with the language we find in Daniel 10. The cherubim in Ezekiel also had the form of a man (Ezek. 1:5), the appearance of torches (Ezek. 1:13), limbs that gleamed like burnished bronze (Ezek. 1:7), moved about like flashes of lightning (Ezek. 1:14), and produced the sound “like the voice of the almighty.” (Ezek. 1) In light of this, we can safely conclude that the being described in Daniel 10 is an angel.
In verses 1-6, Daniel describes the angel’s appearance! In verses 7-9, Daniel reacts to the angel’s appearance! Daniel 10:7–9 (ESV)
7-And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me did not see the vision, but a great trembling fell upon them, and they fled to hide themselves.
8 – So I was left alone and saw this great vision, and no strength was left in me. My radiant appearance was fearfully changed, and I retained no strength.
9- Then I heard the sound of his words, and as I heard the sound of his words, I fell on my face in deep sleep with my face to the ground. Even though the men with Daniel could not see the Angel, they felt his presence (similar to Acts 9). As a result, “great trembling fell upon them, and they fled to hide themselves.” Have you ever experienced such intense fear that you trembled uncontrollably? Probably not!!! Daniel is so terrified that every ounce of strength leaves him.
He can’t stop shaking. He loses control of his muscles. He staggers. He can’t speak. Finally, he passes out. Verse 9 says, “I fell on my face in deep sleep with my face to the ground.” He is literally knocked out cold with his face buried in the dirt. Application: In our culture angels are portrayed as sweet, kind, non-threatening, cuddly, feminine, cute creatures with pale skin, long blond hair, and feathers. Not this angel. He is a terrifying warrior.
When Daniel sees this angel, he is petrified. Why? This angel reflects the glory, power, and holiness of God. Consider how Daniel responded to a created finite being that is a poor reflection of god’s glory!!!! How would he respond to a vision of God, the uncreated infinite one, full of power, holiness, and majesty?
God is way too nice to send anyone to hell… He is way too nice to impose his will on others… He loves and accepts all behavior… He would never judge anyone or hold anyone to a standard. For many, God is like Santa, no one really believes Santa’s threats to punish kids with coal at Christmas time for being naughty. Let this vision of this Angel correct our thinking… Obedience and submission to God’s is not optional. God will not be trifled with. God will not be mocked or sidelined. God must be feared. God will not share his glory with another (there are not many ways to this God). God is worth losing everything for, even your life. God is worthy of all adoration, respect, and praise. God is worth every sacrifice (money, friends, and family) why did God allow Daniel to see this Angel? God wants Daniel to understand who is on his side.
Yes, Daniel, things are not going well in Jerusalem. Yes, the temple remodel is being resisted by evil powers. But Daniel, you have the God of angel armies on your side. God says the same thing to us this morning. What foe are you facing? You serve the God of Angel Armies. But what does the battle look like? This brings us to the next poin. First is the angel’s appearance. Second, the angel’s battle what do we learn about the angel’s battle?
The angel battled the prince of Persia! Daniel 10:10–13 (ESV) —
10 – And behold, a hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. Daniel is passed out in the dirt. Three times the angel approaches Daniel, places his hand on him, and comforts him (10, 16, 18). The angel did not have to touch Daniel. But he does, expressing the intimate tenderness, compassion, and grace of almighty God.
11- And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly loved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for now I have been sent to you.” And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up trembling.
12- Then he said to me, “Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words.
13- The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia, The angel says, “Daniel heaven has heard your prayers, and I have come to answer your prayers, but I was slowed down for 21 days by the prince of Persia. The prince of Persia is mentioned again in verse 20. Daniel 10:20 (ESV) — 20 Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? But now I will return to fight against the prince of Persia; and when I go out, behold, the prince of Greece will come. Who in the world is the prince of Persia, and the prince of Greece for that matter?
He is a powerful, evil, territorial angel in the service of Satan. Powerful enough is to delay this good angel for 21 days. The Devil placed this evil angel in charge of the kingdom of Persia. The angel battled the prince of Persia. The angel battled for a long time. Daniel 10:13 (ESV) — 13 The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia, The good angel and the demon of Persia battled for 21 days implying that the demon is very powerful. How powerful? The good angel could not defeat him alone.
prevailed. The angel battled the prince of Persia. The angel battled for a long time. The angel battled with the help of Michael! Daniel 10:13 (ESV) — 13 The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia, Daniel 10:21 (ESV) — 21 But I will tell you what is inscribed in the book of truth: there is none who contends by my side against these except Michael, your prince. Michael is mentioned four times in the Bible. He is mentioned in Dan. 10:21, 12:1, Jude 9, Rev. 12:7. Throughout the bible he plays an important leadership role in God’s army. He is called a chief prince and an archangel. Michael fights on behalf of God’s people.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. We are up against a fierce foe!!! When you do evangelism, you are on the front lines. Satan will resist you. (Story of Dave W) The battle is real… So, how do we face are fierce foe? First, the angel’s appearance Second, the angel’s battle Third, the angel’s charge Daniel 10:19 (ESV) — 19 and he said, “O man greatly loved, fear not, peace be with you; be strong and of good courage.” And as he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.” The angel tells Daniel to do three things; fear not, be at peace, and be strong. Let’s look at this charge in reverse order.
14- Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery. Christ defeated Satan by dying on the cross. As a result, Satan can no longer accuse us, threaten us with death, or hold us captive to sin. If Satan is defeated why does he still wreak havoc? Satan is a great dragon.
He has been dealt a mortal blow. On the cross Jesus thrust a giant sword through his chest; it went all the way through his body and is sticking out his back. Satan is still alive, barley. He is in great pain, but he has enough strength to thrash around and shake his tail. Christ defeated him decisively on the cross. This means his doom is sure.
When Jesus and the person with him call almahdi returns, they will throw that old serpent in a bottomless pit. In the meantime, we have nothing to fear. Satan is real. Demons are real. But we have nothing to fear. Angels are fighting for us. God fought for us by his angels. And we know that if God with us nothing will stand against you.
This is a list of angels in theology, including both specific angels (e.g. Gabriel) and types of angels (e.g. seraphim). Note that some overlap is to be expected with the list of theological demons entry, since various traditions have different classifications for the spirits they mention.
