Our physical body is an extension of multiple energetic and spiritual layers.

Our physical body is an extension of multiple energetic and spiritual layers.

Even if some of us are less sensitive and can’t perceive the energetic body, we become more aware of our non-physical form with constant prayers god worshiping practice and fasting. After feeling the energy flowing for a consistent amount of time, you get to experience the presence of energy vortexes and their energetic fields.

These vortexes represent the electromagnetic areas in our body. Each of our multiple energy layers generates its own energy field. This governs and protects a specific part of your body.

There are also secondary energetic areas located at the shoulders, hips, knees, feet, ears, and eyes levels.

Furthermore, smaller energetic field  exist for each organ. Together they generate their own vibrational fields. The chiropractic , natural healer, and some physiotherapist knows all this but many choose not talk about it fear of other so called Doctors make fun of them.

Whenever we suffer an injury or feel pain, it means that at least one of these fields is either broken or distorted. The chinese knows that 5000 years ago, and they made lines and study those energy lines and nerves pathways and how to treat each condition.

Yet, we all experience moments of discomfort from time to time. Ideally, we can address these with full self-treatment, but the reality is that time is not always on our side. There must be a way we can heal these parts of our body quicker? Needling , massage therapy, hot bath can soothe muscles and allow the blood flow to move easy in the affected area, diagnostic can help you to see whats wrong, before you take the medication root make sure to find out if you can or if the doctor allow you to do it by natural means.

Listening to nice reading from the holy book, or the sound of the water moves on the stones, the sound of far away ship horn, or light nice vibrating music can do wonder to your body.

While enjoying a healthy lifestyle comes with obvious benefits, the spiritual path doesn’t necessarily involve strict rules. In fact, too much isolation can lead to frustration and unhappiness. Getting out of the “spiritual cliches” from time to time is actually recommended. We live in a physical world, so it’s crucial to balance both spheres. Socializing, eating a tasty meal, go to the movie, dancing, enjoy music, walking, camping, traveling, or having fun helps us find grounding and establish a better connection with our true, inner-selves.

We are crippled with options. Because almost everything we want is at our fingertips, we tend to forget about our creative potential. Remember that creativity is not limited to art. It has a huge array of options that you might not even be aware of. So . take this challenge and find the triggers that spark the right creativity for you. The truth is that we don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables even though they help reduce the risk of numerous health conditions. The truth is that we don’t have to go overboard with it. Even if 2+3 looks like a lot at first glance, the good news is that it’s the ideal standard . or so it seems. Working towards this goal might be a better strategy than having no target at all.
