A sonographer asked the question about how to be fast in her job ? and she said

“It is the scanning part itself; it takes me too long to produce an image of good diagnostic quality (in my opinion)”.

This also can be true about many other technologists. Well it is have everything to do with all the points that you mentioned, the machine, the color and the scale you use, the cine lobe and the zoom, the annotation and the physics itself , that why I hate the word sonographer , we are not sono GRAPHER , WE ARE NOT PICTURE TAKER , like radiographer , mamographer, etc The word TECHNOLOGIST is more fit like MRI,CT technologist. Or we must use the word IST, like PHYSIOTHERAPIST, pharmacist, so we are SONOIST.

Forget the word SONOLOGIST as this is taken by the radiologists who have half of our skills as we are the true sonologists .So it is all about the machine and the speed of your critical thinking, don’t be panic sonographer. Do the best by doing the basic.

The truth about the paranormal

I know what are you thinking now , I do believe in the paranormal because i did and still seen entities ,feel them and i can prove it 
to those who want but at your own risk. I had more than 2 dozen paranormal and frighting experiences with entities in my life since i was 5 years old  , I seen them and I can describe them to you , some are human spirits, some demonic and some are family members . It happened in different locations and different stages in of my life In Baghdad city, north Iraq, Germany, Greece , CANADA MULTIPLE PLACES, Alaska, The US multiple places, and  Brunei  . At our family house, hotel, clinic and hospital, Island, grave yard, bedroom, desert , cave, mountain areas, and old mosque .

I saw them in different times day and night so there are no restricted time of the day or specific place  . You dont have to have red and blue hair. big tattoos ,large cross on your chest, EMF meter or a bible to be a paranormal investigator , trust me non of that will help you. It is a true gift in you , you learn how and when to use your ability , you must train your self and senses, by Godly human, open mind and heart ,be kind and do not provoke ,be prepare and smart as the devil can be smarter and lies. more knowledge and preparation you have the more successful  you will be in your mission.

The University of Manitoba’s Investigation of the Human Psyche: Spiritualist & Parapsychology Collections was a project four years in the making for its Head of Archives, Shelley Sweeney.

The 59-year-old met up with the Survival Research Institute of Canada’s president at a conference in Utrecht, Netherlands. During that time, collectors of psychical research papers were looking for another place to meet and Sweeney offered her workplace in Winnipeg. The south east earthquakes phenomenon , as I call it will strike most of the countries in earth at South East location, Some time to the country itself or to specific city and town south east location .It is a long thesis of mine to explain here .and If I am right with my calculations thats mean the earth will experience major volcanic and earth quakes activities of the century in shallow depth , large scale , and longer time duration .

Tectonic based events will continue to occur well into the near future and the surface of the earth will be steadily reshaped by tectonic plate’s uplifts extrusions and erosion Mount Vesuvius can be expected to erupt about 10 times over the next 100 years. During the same period, about five to seven earthquakes of magnitude 8 or greater should occur along the San Andrea Fault and the first one might happen very soon, I am talking few weeks or months, while about 20 magnitude 9 events may be expected worldwide. Mauna Loa should experience about 15 eruptions over the next 100 years, and the Old Faithful will likely cease to operate. The Niagara Falls will continue to retreat upstream, reaching Buffalo in few thousand years; Netherland will be flooded, along with part of Italy. 

 In 100 years, the post-glacial rebound of the Baltic Sea will have reduced the depth by about 30 ft. The Hudson Bay will decrease in depth by 3 feet over the same period. After 10 years, the island of Hawaii will have shifted about one meter to the northwest.
