Aggression
Be careful to whom you direct your aggression and lies to, because God listens to the prayers of those people who are considered to be our subordinates, workers, students, or those who help us.
If you make an accusation without facts and accuse someone of something they didn’t do, you will pay the price sooner or later. Remember that God never forgets and he gives you a chance to repent, and in time he will give you a dose of a punishment that fit your aggression. God balance justice and punishment will reach you if you don’t sincerely repent and apologize to those people that your hurt.
Be kind to those who serve you and work for you. Remember that your action is been watched. If you have a positive point you will get rewarded and if you don’t have a positive point you will be disappointed. So be a good leader and show the people who work for you how things work, and when you have something to say let it be good and not because you have to say something. Tell those who made mistakes about it and try to give the solution to correct them and discuss the issue with them instead of telling others about other people mistakes.
Someone wrote at the front of his hotel lobby “if you are satisfied and happy with our service please tell others about our good service, and if we didn’t make you happy or you disliked our service please talk to us and tell us, so we can improve our service and learn from our mistakes.
Our tongue has no bones but every day this tongue of ours can destroy people by telling gossips and backbites.
