Four friends work at the same company, one dreams and do nothing about it , the second person dreams and do little bit at a time, the third person do lots of work and with out dreaming or expanding his imagination,  and the fourth person work smart and dreams big and keep going forward .

They always discuss this issue when they meet at lunch time . The wise boss heard of their discussion and he decided to do a little trick to all the employee of his company.
 One day when all the employee arrived at the company they saw a sign hanging on the main door of the office ,that read .
” The person who put an obstacles front of you has died yesterday, the person who would have hindered your progress and your growth in this company just passed away! Hope you enter and attend his  funeral in the hall designated for his funeral !”

 Initially all the staff were surprised among them those 4 friends .Who would it be? Who stood against our progress and moving forward? The all asked themselves.

Moments after the staff have the curiosity to know this person who was an obstacle to their progress and the growth of their jobs! They all went to the hall where the coffin was. 

Employees began to enter the hall and walk toward the coffin one by one to pay their respect ,and egger to see who was this person. 
Everybody who walked and see inside the coffin stood speechless ,surprised and felt like I got it now .

                                  It touched the depths of their souls .

The company boss had put a mirror inside the coffin , a large mirror covering all the inner coffin , and every one who come and see inside the coffin they see themselves reflecting back at them,  as if the mirror telling them that is you who stand against the progress  of your self, you who need to change, you who chain your self and limit your ability .

It is you who put walls around yourself and restrict your dreams and imaginations . The boss also put a small sign beside the mirror that says “There is one person in this world that can put an end to your ambitions and growing up in this world, and that person is you !” I am watching you so watch your self because life is a big mirror , it only reflect what you put front of it .

If you put positive happy face you get it back .you can clean the mirror but of you don’t clean yourself from within it will reflect the true you, no matter how much you clean this mirror of life.

Now let your past be the past and focus on the future, take one step at a time , be kind and friendly and you don’t need to be a brown nose person to get promoted , work smart and hard,  and others will see  your ability. adopt to the new changes and challenges without changing your values and dreams. Start the change inside yourself before you change others. Challenge yourself to reflect the true you every day in positive attitude.

Your life changes when you start changing your self, you might have limits at work,  or physical limits that prevents you to go farther, don’t allow these limitation have an impact on  your dreams,  always imagine your self limitless and try to think out of the box.

Observe your personality and your abilities , do not be afraid of difficulties and losses,  and the things that you see impossible it can be changed if you work smart and be persistent  . Be always a winner in your mind , your dreams, your imaginations and in your attitude , and then you will make the difference in your life.
