Finding Fossils

Make sure that you plan to dig in a place where it is okay to collect fossils. Check with an adult if you’re not sure.
Take the following supplies on your fossil hunt:
toilet paper for wrapping your fossils
plastic food bags for protecting your fossils
a backpack for storing the fossils you find
a field journal for recording your adventures
plenty of water
(optional) shovels, screens to sort small loose fossils, geology hammer, chisels, safety goggles
Be ready to spend a lot of time looking. Fossil hunting can take lots of time and patience, but what you may find is worth the wait!

Clearly we have a fascination with haunted houses in this country, I  don’t think most of them are so scary. How I Survived My First Paranormal Investigation with Diabetes

This may not be a big deal for some, but it was to me. I was diagnosed with diabetes in July 2018. Still trying to figure out exactly what type I am.  Thankfully, there’s a glimmer of hope in solving the mystery.

Anyway, since my diagnosis, I’ve had to be extremely cautious of what I put in my mouth. I flip-flop between eating keto, dirty keto, reduced carb, etc. since looking at a carb seems to spike my blood sugar. I took a brief hiatus from ghost hunts and other paranormal investigations since my blood sugar was going crazy as I was adjusting. My first paranormal investigation as a diabetic wasn’t until September 29th, so I had time.

The biggest change for me was how much more I had to prepare before the investigation. Packing equipment and making a plan is tedious enough. But then I had to consider the following supplies:

Question from our reader seen 444 and experiencing poltergeist activities

 I received an email from a person, who didn’t tell me where he lives, what town and no answer to the questions I asked.

He is having some issues as he said without providing me with clear evidence, only 2 unclear black and white/chrome shaky and fuzzy pictures. He said he has footage and so on but didn’t send any part yet!

Then I emailed him and explained to him what we do and how to prove it and how we can help but I need some info, then he emailed me again and said

“You sound like you don’t believe me. I do not wish to get rid of them. I do not have fear of them nor have they tried to scare me. I see the numbers 444 everywhere I go and I have physically seen the clock on my phone switch to 4:44 for a few seconds then switch back to the original time. I just wanted to know if you knew what it was in the picture.

I know there is something with me. If you do not know that’s fine, Thank you for your time. My edited picture is already starting to fade as the other one, is yours? Rocks don’t fly across rooms and dent my wall for nothing no matter if i was on drugs. Don’t think that’s something anyone can hallucinate. A sonographer asked the question about how to be fast in her job ? and she said

“It is the scanning part itself; it takes me too long to produce an image of good diagnostic quality (in my opinion)”.

This also can be true about many other technologists. Well it is have everything to do with all the points that you mentioned, the machine, the color and the scale you use, the cine lobe and the zoom, the annotation and the physics itself , that why I hate the word sonographer , we are not sono GRAPHER , WE ARE NOT PICTURE TAKER , like radiographer , mamographer, etc The word TECHNOLOGIST is more fit like MRI,CT technologist. Or we must use the word IST, like PHYSIOTHERAPIST, pharmacist, so we are SONOIST.

Forget the word SONOLOGIST as this is taken by the radiologists who have half of our skills as we are the true sonologists .So it is all about the machine and the speed of your critical thinking, don’t be panic sonographer. Do the best by doing the basic.

Treatment generally involves administration of insulin injections twice daily, and a switch to a high protein/low carbohydrate diet.
