In order to incubate a dream , you will need the proper training in hypnosis
and the conscious building up of those mind bridges between the different
facits of the mind.

So what is needed?

Practice using hypnosis to lower your brain frequency to 8 hzs as
you expand your awareness in the direction (intention) you choose to
go.

1. Figure out what you want to focus on.

2. Go to theta, using your learned and standarized process of
developed anchors.

3. When at the desire mind state, tell yourself you are going to
have a dream about an event that is very important to you, and you
are going to remember that dream and wake up when it happens.

4. Use a sleep anchor to instantly go to sleep from that state.

5. When you wake up, it’s probably to get a drink of water, or to go
to the bathroom, or you have the tail end of a dream.

6. Get the drink, go to the bathroom, or remember that tail end of a
dream.

(Have a tape recorder handly)

7. Go back to theta. Tell yourself, “I had a dream. I want to
remember the dream in a way I can understand. So I’m going to count
from 1 to 3 and I will remember the dream and understand the dream.
1…2…3…sense the dream, remember the dream, let the dream come
back in it’s entirely…and you start talking the dream…whatever
comes into A TAPE RECORDER that you had placed near the bed for that
purpose…until the dream and all it’s threads are now on
tape…from that point…use your sleep anchor to instantly go back
to sleep.

8. Next morning transcribe the tape word for word. After you’ve
transcribed it, you will have flashes of insight of what the dream
really meant.

9. If you don’t have those insights, just sit in a hardbacked chair,
got back to theta, and use your segment intending to “remember in a
way you can easily understand, what the dream meant.”

10. And this is Dream Incubation for a purpose. You do this nightly
for 30 days. At the end of 30 days go back and review the 1st dream.
Notice what has happened during that 30 days that was foretold in
the dream.

That is your VERY NECESSARY dream notebook. I personally think you
should lock it so that others cannot see what you write. Sometimes
people get offended when they see what oozes out between your ears
in dream time.

Have fun.

By the way, 500 mgs of B6 before going to bed helps the dreams
become more vibrant so for the new bee beginner the drill is easier
to do.
